ESZ is a property management platform built for community managers and the residents they serve. It centralises monthly bill generation, account statements, expense tracking, voting, and periodical reports - replacing fragmented spreadsheets and paper records with a single financial workspace. Managers run the building's monthly cycle from one workspace; residents log in to see exactly where their money goes, and pay their bills directly from their phones.

The Challenge
Community managers historically work from Excel sheets and paper receipts - generating monthly bills by hand, reconciling payments manually, and emailing PDFs to residents one at a time. The workflow is slow, audit trails are fragile, and residents have no real-time visibility into their balances or a simple way to pay. The challenge was to compress an entire bookkeeping and communication workflow into a single tool that's simple enough for non-accountant managers to operate daily, while still producing the formal records residents and auditors expect.

Our Approach
We designed ESZ around the manager's monthly rhythm - open the dashboard, generate that month's bills in a single action, log expenses against the right cost categories, then publish the period report. The backend is built on a transactional ledger so every charge, payment, and adjustment is traceable, with per-resident charge templates, automatic balance calculations, and idempotent re-issues when a bill is corrected. Residents receive their own portal with statements, expense breakdowns, live voting, and a mobile-ready NBS IPS QR code flow connected to the national instant-payments standard.

Managers replaced multi-day spreadsheet sessions with single-click monthly cycles. Residents finally see itemised statements, can scan-to-pay from their phone, and know where the building's money goes. Every figure on the page is traceable to a ledger entry, which means audits and resident questions both stop being events.
